Lagana, a seasoned facilitator, nonprofit leader, and Baruch College communications professor, How To Ace an Interview is an interactive session that will cover essential
interview strategies—from selecting the optimal interview outfit to crafting compelling responses to common and challenging interview questions.

Through hands-on exercises, personalized feedback, and expert insights, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to showcase your expertise, advocate for yourself, and take the next step in your career. Whether you're advancing in your field or making a career transition, this workshop will empower you to own your narrative and ace the interview.

About the instructor

Polly Lagana is a dedicated nonprofit leader and educator with more than 20 years of experience in transforming communities through education, workforce development, and women's empowerment. As the Executive Director of T200 Foundation, she champions the mission of empowering, advancing, and celebrating women’s leadership in technology to build a strong pipeline for the future of the industry.

At her core, Polly is an educator who believes in equipping the next generation with the skills they need to thrive. She brings this commitment to Baruch College as an adjunct

professor, teaching communications courses that blend interpersonal, tech, and career- ready skills, preparing. Polly also gives back to her community by serving on the board of

Fields for Kids in Mamaroneck and running “Launch Your Life” workshops, a series of career readiness workshops for students, young adults, and women in career transition.
