Girls Empowerment Group

About the Program

The Women's Empowerment Institute (WEI) proudly introduces the Raleigh, NC Girls Empowerment Group (GEG), an innovative program designed to make a lasting impact on young lives. Our eight-week empowerment strategy curriculum is specifically tailored for girls aged 13 to 17, inviting them to embark on a journey of mentorship, support, and celebration.

Through our carefully crafted curriculum, we guide these young women toward a path of growth, self-discovery, and empowerment. Our staff and youth leaders are dedicated to providing guidance, fostering resilience, and cultivating a strong sense of self-worth in each participant.

GEG isn't just a program—it's a community where girls can thrive, learn, and express themselves freely. Through interactive sessions, engaging activities, and meaningful discussions, we address a range of topics crucial to their development, including leadership, self-confidence, communication skills, and building healthy relationships.
